Tuesday 29th October - walks *** – Around Felixstowe – cloudy with some light rain.

We are still not 100% but generally improving, funny day for weather, started with some drizzle got better for awhile with some sunshine before some cool dark clouds rolled in with more light rain. After another disturbed night I had a bit of a lay-in before doing my exercises after breakfast before packing the usual picnic heading down to the seafront at the end of our road taking the umbrella as it looked like rain. Being half term it was quite busy with some kids in the sea as we made our way towards Jacobs Ladder at The Fludyers but the light rain arrived so we stopped by the large breakwater for lunch as the rain stopped! It was lovely and quiet as we enjoyed our lunch watching the dark clouds slowly move across in the light winds making the sea very flat. Well rested we set off for home, turning away from the sea and up past Harvest House to get a couple of things from town and home for a mince pie and cuppa:)
Was once again chuffed that the new presenter Gillian Brown on BBC’s Look East used one of my pics this evening:)
